Module 1: Sterilization section

Our engineers in this section fully considered the processing capacity of palm fruit bunches and configured a hot water tank and three sterilization tanks to ensure that a large number of palm fruit bunches can be sterilized within a certain period of time.

The function of the hot water tank is to provide heat source and hot water for the workshop. For example, hot water is used in the sterilization section and filtration section. There will be a crane above the sterilization tank to transport palm fruit bunches, saving labor costs. The whole sterilization process need two hours, the purpose of which is to soften the fruit, conducive to oil production, while reducing the content of free fatty acids to ensure oil quality.

Module 2: Fruit threshing and pressing section

This module contains a thresher, a horizontal digester and a palm oil presser. We are specially designed to place this part of the equipment vertically with the sterilizer equipment of module 1, saving the floor space of the installation-free palm oil processing production line.

The rotary drum thresher is also used for threshing in medium and large palm oil production lines. The threshing rate is as high as 98%.

The horizontal digester is improved from double-screw press, which does not press palm oil, but only crushes the palm fruit, reducing the pressure of the below palm oil presser and facilitating oil production.

The double screw palm oil presser is the core equipment of the installation-free palm oil processing production line, which is also the hot sale equipment of our company. It is equipped with a 1tph double screw oil press, the built-in screw of which is made of 2Cr13 wear-resistant alloy steel, with a longer service life. At the same time, combined with the hydraulic pump station, it can automatically adjust the pressure in the chamber to ensure the integrity of the palm kernel, which is more automated.

Module 3: Filtration and drying section

This part is placed in parallel with the sterilization equipment of module 1. The main equipment in this module includes oil clarification tank, vibrating screen, and plate filter. Through these three devices, the impurity removal rate can be as high as 99%, which can remove heavy impurities such as mud and sand, fine fiber impurities and moisture in palm crude oil, allowing you to get higher quality oil.

At the same time, it is also equipped with an electrically heated dehydration pot and a water vacuum pump to form a vacuum drying system to remove moisture from the crude oil and make the oil storage time longer.
