Palm oil refining machine

Palm oil refining machine is a specially equipment used for refining crude palm oil. It can remove unwanted impurities and bad smell in the edible oil through degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization process.

We have three kinds of palm oil refining machine: batch type, semi-continuous type, and full-continuous type. The following are the pictures of the different palm oil refining machine:

In general, the capacity over 30tpd and you have enough budget, you can choose full-continuous type.

For the choosing of batch type or semi-continuous type, there are four factors will affect it:

1) The capacity: for the small capacity from 1TPD to 10 TPD, it suitable for batch type.

2) The acid value of crude oil and final products you want to get:

If the acid value of crude oil is very high, and you want to get more refined oil not the soapstock, semi-continuous type is suitable.

But if the acid value is high, you want to get more soapstock, you can choose batch type.

3) Specifications of final products:

For the different type, the acid value of final refined oil is different. Normally if you have found the market, it will have a requirement of your refined oil, you can tell me their requirement, our engineer will suggest you the suitable proposal.

4) Your budget of the palm oil refinery plant: semi-continuous type price is higher than batch type, you can also choose it according to your budget.

Palm oil refining process description:

Firstly, we use precipitation and separation methods to separate gums. Then, we remove free-fatty acids by adding NaOH. And then we remove the color pigments in the oil by using activated carbon. Finally, we removes unwanted odor is applied in the oils under high temperature and vacuum systems.
